Cork Flooring in Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane: Supply and Installation
Premrest is a specialist commercial flooring contractor servicing Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. Comcork - Australian-made cork and rubber flooring - is one product within a broader commercial flooring capability that includes vinyl, rubber, carpet, and resin systems. Here's how Comcork is being specified and installed across the three eastern capitals.
Melbourne
Melbourne is Comcork's home market - the product is manufactured in Victoria. Premrest services Melbourne metro for corporate fitouts, hospitality venues, aged care builds, and residential projects. Local supply and installation details sit on the cork flooring Melbourne page.
Sydney
Sydney commercial fitouts increasingly specify cork-rubber for the acoustic and sustainability benefits, particularly in CBD office refurbs targeting NABERS and Green Star ratings. Premrest services the Sydney metropolitan area, with capability for after-hours installs in occupied buildings. Local supply and installation details sit on the cork flooring Sydney page.
Brisbane
Brisbane and South East Queensland projects benefit from Comcork cork-rubber flooring's heat performance — the cork and rubber mix stays cooler underfoot than vinyl in summer. Premrest services Brisbane metro and the Gold Coast for commercial fitouts, hospitality refurbishments, and residential builds. Local supply and installation details sit on the cork flooring Brisbane page.
Beyond Comcork
Comcork is the focus of this site, but Premrest is a full-capability commercial flooring contractor. The team also supplies and installs commercial vinyl, rubber, carpet tile, polished concrete, and resin systems - selected against project requirements rather than a single-product preference. For a broader scope of work or to discuss the right floor for a mixed-use project, see premrest.com.au. Sector-specific deep-dives sit on agedcareflooring.com.au (residential aged care) and strataflooring.com.au (apartments and multi-residential), and the carpet-tile capability is documented at modularcarpet.com.au.
